Ywo days before this last ice/snow storm hit I knew that my battery was week so since it's the best battery I've ever had I made a call to Brielle Service Center, who had installed a Deka battery 6 + years ago. Phil was great in getting me in the next morning to install another Deka battery. So Thank You for turning me onto this battery brand for my Honda CRV.

My car had broken down near Brielle Service Center. I thought it was a dead battery. They came over to the location where i was and attempted to jump the car. The technicians determined that the starter had gone bad. They arranged for a tow truck to take the car to the center and had it ready for me the next day. I appreciate the effort they made to get me back on the road quickly.
